What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Your ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Monitoring the progress of each project will fall under your purview as well as managing any associated risks by developing contingency plans when necessary. Compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards is paramount in this role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing detailed status reports for stakeholders while also communicating effectively with your team about the objectives and updates of each project.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Communicate project objectives, plans, and status updates to project teams and stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop the skills of project team members

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing complex, medium to large scale projects. You possess a relevant qualification in project management and have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management.

Your strong project management skills enable you to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively. Your ability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders is crucial for this role. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be communicating with stakeholders at all levels across different organisations. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is essential. Lastly, an understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards is necessary for this role.
