Account Manager
Research Education Advanced Network New Zealand (REANNZ)
REANNZ is seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop an established portfolio of predominantly research and education customers. The role focuses on customer retention, customer satisfaction, and account development within an existing customer base. Customers are generally long-term members and stakeholders, creating an environment in which relationship management and stakeholder engagement are more important than aggressive new-business sales.
Do you want your work to have a direct hand in New Zealand’s next research breakthrough — the kind of science that shapes health outcomes, climate resilience, or economic growth? Are you equally energised by building the relationships that make that possible? REANNZ connects the country’s research, education, and government sectors to the digital platforms behind it all — from national network infrastructure to high-performance computing.
