We're looking for a curious, organised, and analytical person to join our Te Rau Rangahau | Insights & Knowledge team in a fixed-term, part-time capacity. This opportunity has arisen to provide additional support and capacity within the team and will play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality research, evaluation, reporting, and insights across our kaupapa.

What you'll be doing
Working alongside the Te Rau Rangahau team, you'll contribute to a variety of research, evaluation, and improvement activities, including:
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
- Supporting programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities
- Producing reports, summaries, visual insights, presentations, and other resources that make information accessible and useful
- Supporting kaupapa Māori research and evaluation approaches.
- Using technology and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to strengthen data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and share findings.

- Have experience in research, evaluation, reporting, project support, or a similar field.
- Are confident building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Have an interest in kaupapa Māori approaches and improving outcomes for Māori communities.
- Are comfortable learning new systems, tools, and ways of working.
- Bring curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to your work
