We're looking a Relationship Advisor to join us on a fixed term or secondment basis through to 30 June 2027, in our Customer Contact Team. Your role is to provide accurate, timely advice and support to TEC customers, helping them navigate our products and services and resolve complex queries with confidence.

  • Working in the TEC Customer Contact Team
  • Managing enquiries from customers via multi channels to ensure they are resolved accurately and professionally
  • Using appropriate TEC systems to manage internal and external communications
  • Building business relationships with customers by providing prompt and thorough advice
  • Collaborating across TEC teams to build your capability
  • Identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to improve customer experience and inform wider TEC decision-making
  • Committing to delivery of excellent customer-focused service

  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service or advisory support
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and accurately
  • Proven ability to analyse problems, use judgement and find effective solutions
  • Experience working in busy, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues
