As Principal Māori Cultural Advisor, you will lead the development of Māori cultural capability across Mercury. You will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen understanding of te ao Māori, te reo and tikanga across the business, while supporting the Pou Tūhono-ā-Iwi to shape and implement the organisation’s Māori strategy. You will coach leaders and teams, guide engagement with iwi partners, and help embed culturally grounded practices across projects and relationships.
You will bring deep knowledge of te ao Māori and extensive experience leading cultural capability programmes within organisations. You will be a confident communicator in te reo Māori, skilled at building trusted relationships with iwi and hapū, and experienced in guiding cultural transformation and strategic engagement.
