Now to the role and the opportunity for you!

The HR Services team (part of People and Culture) are looking for two HR Business Partners to join their team in a fixed-term capacity to provide additional support.

You'll be part of a mixed HR team comprising HRBPs, Senior HRBPs and an HR Advisor who work in a portfolio model and in collaboration with the wider HR Services team, to support the organisation.

You will be a strong HR generalist who can work confidently with people leaders on a broad range of people-related matters. You'll have business partnering and coaching experience underpinned by the ability to build credible relationships, coupled with change management and the ability to manage end to end ER cases.

You will get to work closely with Senior Leaders in Council and across the People and Culture group who will respect you for your ability to share your expertise.

You will be amazed at the interesting projects that are on the go within Council - it's an incredible time to join, the mahi we do is unique and varied - you will be stimulated daily!

The salary range for this role is $96,866 - $113,959 per annum, pro-rata.
