Position purpose
WellSouth's most important day-to-day relationships are with primary care teams. Our Primary Care Relationship Managers are entrusted with upholding our relationships with general practices and community providers, providing a reliable and trustworthy key point of contact.
Our Primary Care Relationship Managers need to be well-informed, customer-centric and excellent communicators. A good understanding of the primary health sector and/or business advisor experience would be a significant advantage.
Position objectives
This will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
- Identifying opportunities for general practice/community provider operational efficiencies, and supporting ongoing quality improvement
- Providing networking and connection opportunities, and facilitating relationships with community partners
- Advising on, and implementing, the development of WellSouth's funded clinical programmes
- Via our relationships with primary care providers, supporting the achievement of national health targets or initiatives
- Ensuring the provider voice is heard and considered in WellSouth discussions and decisions
- Connecting general practices and community providers with relevant expert support
- Supporting general practices to achieve accreditation requirements
- Undertaking small project work
