Mō tēnei mahi | About this job

As our Change Communications and Engagement Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of clear and effective communications that support the successful implementation of Te Pae Tawhiti 2030.

Working across a broad portfolio of initiatives – including digital transformation, system and process redesign, organisational change, and improved experiences for kaimahi and tauira – you will collaborate closely with our Change leaders. Together you will develop and implement integrated change communication plans that prepare leaders and support kaimahi, tauira, and key partners through the journey.

As a key advisor and delivery lead, you will bring strategic insight, practical expertise, and a deep understanding of te ao Māori. You will foster genuine engagement by gathering ngā whakaaro of our kaimahi, facilitating kōrero through Q&A sessions and feedback forums, and designing interactive activities that build ownership.

Drawing on these insights, you’ll craft compelling, timely content across multiple channels—acting as a change ambassador who uses storytelling to nurture a culture of openness, collaboration, and trust. You’ll also measure the impact of your communications, continually refining your approach to ensure every message resonates and drives our transformation forward.
